Steve & I got married on a very chilly October 2 at Paradise Falls less than an hour from here. Fall has always had a very special place in my heart. I love the nip in the air, vibrance of the colors...it's as though nature is on sensory overload, but western North Carolina is JUST breathtaking in fall. There is no season here that is not wonderful, but fall is my favorite. Our photos just can't do it justice, but can give you a small glimpse of early fall view from the deck:
