Our standard, all-the-time special offer:

Stay 6 nights (during peak season) get the seventh night FREE.                   (One week stay, with tax and all fees=$750)

During our off-peak season: stay 5 nights, get 2 nights free!!                         (One week stay with tax and all fees=$500)

2007 rates are still good for 2010 reservations:

Peak season: $125 per night

Off-peak (winter, for the most part) season is $100 per night

Remember: This is your TOTAL cost-including taxes & fees.

Peak Season is Memorial Day -->Labor Day (weeks &/or weekends,) & October 1-31 each year.

The minimum stay is 3 nights without 
incurring additional costs. 
If you'd like to stay 1 or 2 nights, 
a $75 cleaning fee will be added.  
 
50% reservation deposit or $250 (whichever is less)
required within 7 days of making reservation. 
Credit card number 
required at time of reservation to hold
requested dates. We will not charge your credit
card if you prefer to mail a check.
